SATURDAY EVENING AFTER FOUR OCLOCK MASS GRAMMY AND I DECIDED THAT LUCAS AND PETER NEEDED SOME BOY TIME AFTER SPENDING THE BETTER PART OF THE DAY SURRONDED BY THE THREE HARDING WHEELER GIRLS.(MOLLY WAS BUSY AT AUNT KAKES HOUSE)
A LITTLE BASKETBALL THEN SOME BIKE RIDING THEN SOME TIME ON THE ROOF THEN DINNER AT MCDONALDS THEN SOME DOWNSTAIRS TIME WITH THE WRESTLERS.
THESE TWO PLAY SO WELL TOGETHER WE FORGOT THEY WERE DOWNSTAIRS UNTIL THEY CAME UP ASKING FOR A SNACK...

" BOYS ON THE ROOF''

Lucas and Peter were having lots of fun at Papas House Saturday night after church and then .....

They were trying to help Papa get the doll off the roof and then Peter got stuck on the roof and then........

He decided he wanted to stay up there until he got Grammys attention inside the house and then..........

Lucas decided that he could not only retrieve the doll but rescue Peter at the same time and then.................

We finally convinced Peter and Lucas that we should get back to riding bikes as their parents might not approve of "boys on the roof"

GRAMMY PUT ANNIES HAIR UP IN CURLERS AND SHE WAS PLEASED AS PUNCH UNTIL SHE TRIED TO TAKE THEM OUT!!!!

Grammy and Papa were just beeming when we saw Tyler and Abby laughing like crazy as they were listing to Annie say her words. We played Auntie Kaseys blog 5 or 6 times so they could hear her over and over... What a treat.

I WENT TO SEE ABBY TONIGHT AND SHE WAS VERY VERY QUIET AND VERY VERY SWOLLEN SO I TOOK THIS PICTURE SO SHE COULD SHOW HER DAD WHEN HE GETS HOME TOMORROW. DOCTOR SAYS IT IS A VIRUS AND SHOULD GO AWAY SOON.

Your not going to believe this but my camera battery lost its charge yesterday and I forgot the charger at home...so no more bird pictures from Papa.
This is our last full day here in Naples and it was another sunny 75 degree day that we spent on the beach and at the pool. Eileen got a little color today and we both got lots of reading in, but we are certainly starting to miss all you guys in the cold state of Connecticut.
We don't get in until late tomorrow night so we still have a few good hours of fun in the sun in the morning before we head to the airport about 3pm.

Just got back from Englewood and we're tired but had such a wonderful time with Toni, Billy and the kids. We tried to get there to see Sam at soccer practice (Billy coaching) but the trip took a lot longer than we expected. So we ended up going out to dinner and then back to the Mack's. Every moment was wonderful. Sam and Dan are great kids - beautiful, polite, energetic and so happy. And it was such a treat to visit with Billy and Toni. It wasn't nearly long enough but we're grateful for the time we had. They are such a warm, loving, beautiful family!!
